Twelve years ago, when Personal Computer Networks began to make their presence, Kyda Technologies, LLC was born. Six years later, when the IT industry was in the doldrums left over from the dot bomb of 2000 and the fiasco called Y2K, several members of our partner companies realized that we were in the unique position to offer our clients a one stop shop resource. Where we could provide a wide range of necessary IT services and “share” highly valuable “tech” information to form a powerful “team brain” to solve all the issues that small business required to compete in today’s global economy. This addressed the most common complaint our clients had. That being, “too many people involved in caring for their IT needs and everyone “blaming” each other for failures in the systems, and nothing working well at all.

 

Now, that the phone, copier, and other previously “detached” hardware systems that companies require to operate, are more often linked to the main computer system, this concept we have developed, is even more critical to small business success. We have been using this “synergy” approach for over 12 years, and have documented over 30,000 repair hours in the field, assisting over 400 satisfied clients.
